The Akros anti-cheat system has banned professional CS2 player Miloš AntyVirus Konečka, who was previously at the center of a scandal and accusations of cheating. The reason was a gross violation of fair play principles. The information was confirmed by company representatives in an official comment to the HLTV.org portal.
Representatives of AkrosOur investigation revealed technical signs confirming the public accusations against the player of using DMA hardware.
The DMA (Direct Memory Access) technology involves the use of additional hardware that reads the computer's memory directly, bypassing standard protections and the operating system, making such cheats virtually invisible to regular anti-cheats.
On Tuesday, June 2, AntyVirus announced the end of his professional career in CS2. In his statement, he emphasized that the turning point was the accusations from the CYBERSHOKE team. The player also attempted to claim that the evidence presented against him was fabricated and that some materials were forged; however, the anti-cheat provider's investigation confirmed the opposite.
