Team Spirit player in CS2, Danil donk Kryshkovets, was recognized as the most valuable player (MVP) of the LAN tournament PGL Astana 2026 by the authoritative portal HLTV. For the 19-year-old Russian, this individual award became the 11th in his professional career.
Throughout the championship, donk demonstrated a phenomenal individual level. His final rating was 1.61, which is one of the best indicators in the history of major CS2 tournaments. Notably, on none of the played maps did Kryshkovets' rating drop below 1.22, and in 71% of cases, he became the best player on the server. In the grand final against Falcons, which ended with Team Spirit winning 3:0, Danil also played a key role, especially standing out with a comeback on the first map Dust2.
By winning his 11th MVP medal, donk surpassed Nikola NiKo Kovač and moved into a clear fourth place in the historical ranking of players by the number of awards from HLTV. Only Mathieu ZywOo Herbaut, Alexander s1mple Kostylev, and Nikolai device Reedtz remain ahead.
