On July 16, FOKUS announced the addition of Swede Jakob “jocab” Nerheden to the Counter-Strike 2 starting lineup. A spot on the roster became vacant after Sebastian "volt" Malosh moved to INFINITE. This is the second major change of the off-season for FOKUS. Previously, the team lost Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, who left for Liquid, and replaced him with sniper Paavo "podi" Heiskanen. In addition to signing jocab, the club extended the loan of Erik "ztr" Gustafsson.
