Gaimin Gladiators has put the entire remaining roster for Counter-Strike 2 on reserve. Gabriel NEKIZ Shenato, Enrique HEN1 Teles, Luca Luken Nadotti, and analyst Luan lopz have been sent to reserve, reports Prosports.kz citing the club's official social media.
Gaimin GladiatorsAfter a strategic review of our Counter-Strike program, as well as in light of recent changes in the major ecosystem and revenue structure, HEN1, Luken, NEKIZ, and lopz have been put on reserve.
Previously, the organization announced the departure of Fernando fer Alvarenga, Jonathan JOTA Wiliam, and head coach Joao horvy Horvath. There are currently no players left in the active roster of Gaimin Gladiators for CS2.
The club is open to transfers and is ready to consider offers from other organizations. In a statement, Gaimin Gladiators notes that the decision is related to a review of the development strategy in the discipline following an unsuccessful performance at the IEM Cologne Major 2026.
According to HLTV, the team exited the major with zero wins in the group and one of the lowest statistics for rounds won. In the new revenue distribution model from major stickers, the team that finishes last receives only 0.72% of the total pool.
Gaimin Gladiators returned to CS2 in September 2025. The current Brazilian roster was assembled in early 2026 and lasted less than six months.
