The fourth day of Swiss Stage 1 IEM Cologne Major 2026, according to HLTV, was the penultimate day of the group stage of the major. On June 4, six matches in BO3 format took place – four teams have already secured their spots in Stage 2, while another six remain with a 2–2 record and will meet in the final round on June 5.
Results of the day:
- THUNDER dOWNUNDER 0–2 FlyQuest – the Australians eliminated TD from the tournament;
- TYLOO 2–1 Sharks – the Chinese roster survived in the elimination match;
- GamerLegion 2–0 BIG – the Germans advanced to Stage 2;
- MIBR 2–0 Lynn Vision – the Brazilians had no chance against their opponent;
- Liquid 2–0 HEROIC – the NA flagship eliminated the Europeans;
- M80 2–0 NRG – the American duel ended with a clean score.
After the fourth round, BetBoom and B8 have already advanced to Stage 2 with a 3–0 record, as well as M80, MIBR, and GamerLegion with a 3–1 mark. Six teams – TYLOO, Lynn Vision, Liquid, FlyQuest, NRG, and BIG – remain at 2–2 and will compete for the last three spots in the final round of Swiss.
Context of the day: GamerLegion finished off BIG after losing to BetBoom in a 2–0 match, M80 avenged NRG after a setback against B8, and Liquid confidently dealt with HEROIC after a 1–1 series. FlyQuest, on the other hand, returned to the race after two consecutive losses – the team eliminated THUNDER dOWNUNDER and is now also playing an elimination match.
