The Russian esports team Team Spirit confidently defeated MOUZ in the semifinals of the LAN tournament PGL Astana 2026 in CS2. The best-of-3 format match ended with a score of 2:0 in favor of the "dragons".
The match was characterized by Team Spirit's complete dominance. On the first map Dust II, the team won with a score of 13:3, and on Nuke, they conceded only two rounds β 13:2. Notably, throughout the series, the teams played only 31 rounds, which is fewer than on a single map in the recent quarterfinal between Falcons and FURIA.
The players of Team Spirit showed outstanding individual statistics. The main star of the match was Danil donk Kryshkovets, who made exactly 36 kills with 16 deaths, finishing the series with an incredible rating of 1.95 and an average damage per round (ADR) of 109.0. Excellent performances were also demonstrated by Miroslav zont1x Plakhotya (29 frags) and sniper Dmitry sh1ro Sokolov (25 kills and only 11 deaths). Among MOUZ, the worst player was Lotan Spinx Giladi, who made only 9 frags over two maps.
The second finalist of PGL Astana 2026 will be determined in the match between Falcons and magic. This meeting will start on May 16, 2026, at 17:00 Moscow time. The grand final of the tournament is scheduled for May 17, 2026.
