The competition covered nine game days: the group stage took place from July 1 to 5, and the playoffs took place from July 9 to 12. Organizers said the tournament opened the second half of the competitive CS2 season. Sixteen competitors advanced through the Swiss group stage at Friendship Hall at Canton Fair. The first three rounds were played in the bo1 format, the elimination and playoff matches were played in the bo3 format; seeding was determined by the Buchholz system, taking into account the initial ranking of teams.
