The support player of the PARIVISION Dota 2 team, Edgar 9Class Naltakyan, stated that his team is capable of becoming the champion of The International 2026. During a Twitch stream, the esports athlete noted that passing the qualification for the main tournament of the year is significantly more difficult than winning the championship itself.
If we pass the qualifiers, we will most likely win The International. This is according to Team Spirit. We just need to get through the qualifiers. It's harder to pass them than to win "The International".

The International 2026 will take place from August 13 to 23 in Shanghai, China. Seven teams, including representatives from the CIS — BetBoom Team, Team Yandex, and Aurora Gaming — received direct invitations to the main tournament of the year. Meanwhile, Team Spirit and PARIVISION will have to compete for spots in the championship through closed qualifiers, where four slots will be contested.
