The coach of the OG Dota 2 team, Adam 343 Shah, spoke about the current state of the team. In his opinion, due to the high pressure in matches, players sometimes face difficulties in communication and making joint decisions. The coach's words were expressed in a new video for the club's Telegram channel.
343There are small habits and decisions that prevent us from being on the same wavelength. When we play against Tundra Esports and similar teams, there are moments — literally 5–10 seconds — when we discuss what to do next, and our opinions diverge. Everyone has a different vision of what needs to be done.
The coach added that the team is capable of winning any game, but at the same time can lose any match due to such fluctuations:
343I think that because of all this pressure, as a team we need to help each other more. I feel that part of this is my fault. It all looks quite passive-aggressive. We need to give each other more positivity and do more good things.
