9z passed TYLOO through a stubborn series: Nuke 13:9 was won by the guests, Mirage 7:13 by the hosts, and Inferno became decisive and ended with a defeat of 13:5 in favor of the South Americans. A key role was played by Franco "dgt" Garcia, who stood out throughout the match, especially on the third map. TYLOO entered the playoffs as the first seed - the only ones who made it through the group without defeat. Nevertheless, 9z neutralized them on Inferno with a powerful start on the attack: eight rounds in the first half made the result predictable by the middle of the match. The Chinese team did not find an answer to the tactical flexibility of the opponent. In the semi-finals, 9z will play with the winner of the Nemesis vs Alliance pair. It’s interesting that in the group stage, Alliance already knocked out 9z 2:0 - a possible revenge adds intrigue to this segment of the tournament.
