BetBoom Streamers Battle CS #5 started on June 29 — and one of the main surprises in team formation was the lineup led by ZoneR. The popular streamer gathered professional player FL1T and experienced almazer around him, forming a roster with an unusually high level for a media tournament.
FL1T (Evgeny Lebedev) is a current professional player with extensive experience competing at the Tier 1 level. His presence in the streamer’s team instantly distinguished the roster among competitors and raised questions about the balance in the group stage. The power ranking before the start placed Team ZoneR among the main contenders for victory.
The tournament will last until July 4: eight teams will play in a round-robin format best-of-3, with the top six advancing to the playoffs. The grand final will be held in a best-of-5 format. The prize pool is 4,000,000 rubles.
