The European qualifiers for The International 2026 have concluded. Out of eight contenders, four teams secured their spots in Shanghai: Team Spirit, PARIVISION, HULIGANI, and Yellow Submarine.
Team Spirit and PARIVISION advanced through the upper bracket — both clubs, despite a strong season, did not receive direct invitations and proved their right to TI in direct confrontations. Spirit took the first slot, PARIVISION the second.
The lower bracket brought the main surprises: HULIGANI, little known before the tournament started, eliminated both Natus Vincere and Virtus.pro — 2:1 in both matches. Yellow Submarine secured the last spot by defeating Nigma Galaxy.
Virtus.pro and Nigma Galaxy are left out of TI 2026 — both teams were considered favorites in the qualifiers. For Nigma, this is particularly painful: KuroKy and company will be without TI.
The International 2026 will take place in Shanghai from August 13 to 23.
