Aurora Gaming was eliminated from BLAST Slam VII. In the lower bracket semifinals, the team lost to LGD Gaming with a score of 1:2 in a best-of-three series. This was reported by Esports.ru.
LGD Gaming advanced to the lower bracket final, where they will play against BetBoom Team for a spot in the grand final of the tournament. Aurora finished the championship in fourth place – the team of Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov earned 50,000 in prize money and an additional 15,000 in team payouts.
BLAST Slam VII is taking place from May 26 to June 7, 2026, in an online format, with Copenhagen as the venue. The tournament features a prize pool of one million dollars, with 12 teams participating, and the winner will receive $300,000.
Recall that earlier, Valve released a major patch 7.41d for Dota 2 right during the playoffs of BLAST Slam VII.
