MOUZ has kept its chances of qualifying for The International 2026. In the first round of the lower bracket of the closed European qualifiers, the team defeated Inner Circle x Insanity with a score of 2:0 in a best-of-three series.
The victory was a response to the defeat against Yellow Submarine in the opening match of the upper bracket. At that time, MOUZ lost with a score of 0:2 and dropped to the lower bracket, where every loss means elimination.
The series against Inner Circle x Insanity went without unnecessary drama: MOUZ secured a clean victory and advanced further in the lower bracket. The next opponents in this part of the tournament bracket will be significantly stronger.
The closed European qualifiers for The International 2026 are taking place from June 21 to June 28. Sixteen teams are competing for four slots in the main tournament of the year.
