Team Liquid continue to restructure their roster after deciding to part ways with Roland "ultimate" Tomkoviak. According to insider KRL, the club is considering two candidates for the replacement — Bulgarian AWPer Georgi "Jorko" Mitev from FOKUS and Ukrainian Nikita "cmtry" Samolotov from FUT Esports.
Ultimate spent just over two years with Liquid and played 331 maps with an average rating of 1.02 — a figure that proved insufficient for the organization's ambitions following an unsuccessful performance in the major cycle.
An interesting parallel transfer domino is also at play: if Liquid take cmtry from FUT, the vacant spot could be filled by Álvaro "SunPayus" García, who has just been benched in G2. FUT is reportedly already considering the Spanish sniper as a potential replacement.
When the transfers will be officially finalized is still unknown.
