PARIVISION became the second team from Europe to qualify directly for The International 2026. In the decisive series of the upper bracket of the closed qualifiers, Vladimir No[o]ne Minenko's team defeated Virtus.pro with a score of 2:1.
The match started on June 25 at 18:00 Moscow time. Virtus.pro opened the series, PARIVISION responded and brought the match to a third map, where they secured victory. With this result, the organization completed the European qualifiers and will head to Shanghai without additional tiebreaker series.
For Virtus.pro, the defeat means moving to the lower bracket. The team still has a chance to qualify for The International 2026, but now any mistake will lead to elimination from the tournament.
Earlier that same day, Team Spirit defeated Nigma Galaxy 2:1 and secured the first direct slot from Europe. The closed European qualifiers are taking place from June 21 to June 28, with four slots for the main tournament of the season up for grabs.
